I agree that

1). Incomplete forms or application without the supporting documents will not be accepted.

2). On fulfilment of the above requirements, the visitor badges will be issued.

3). Application forms once submitted cannot be cancelled and non-transferrable under any circumstances.

4). Vistor Registration Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

5). An Amount of Rs.200/- would be charges as bank charges, towards bounced cheque, for redeposit/reissue.

6). If you do not get the visitor's badge after 1 month of the form submission & payment, then inform us at 09033991444.

7). Bringing of readymade jewellery in exhibition is prohibited.

8). Visitor below 18 years age is strictly not allowed.

9). After the issue of visitor badge the Rights of Entry Remains in the hands of organisers.

10). We will send exhibition related information & remainder through e-mail & sms.

11). I agree to abide by terms & conditions applicable for registration of visitor.

Payment Policy

1). Charges paid entitles Visitors to attend the exhibition scheduled on 8th To 10th January 2015 at Gujarat University Convention & Exhibiton Center, Ahmedabad.

2). No refund in case of cancellation or visitor not attending the event post submission of ‘Visitor Registration’.

3). Visitor registration is not transferable.

4). We will not share visitor’s data to anyone.
